chrismathers inc. has launched a dedicated workplace investigation practice, designed specifically to provide support for lawyers involved in employment law.

The practice focuses specifically on the investigation of issues such as:

Fraud - False invoicing, secret commissions, bribes and kickbacks

Theft - Data, intellectual property or materials

Workplace and sexual harassment

"The need for this type of practice is clear", says Chris Mathers. In the past 4 months, we have participated in the investigation and termination of several employees for theft and fraud. Two of them were CEO's who stole more than a million dollars each".

The Workplace Investigation Support Practice is designed as a full-service support for lawyers practicing employent law.  When required, investigators from chrismathers inc. will participate in the actual termination procedure of an employee and then provide follow up activites such as interviews, surveillance and asset tracing, as well as expert retrieval of computer evidence.
